Fault Codes
I'm getting the following fault codes.
Could someone explain what they mean?

P0100 - Mass or volume airflow circuit
P0299 - Turbo/supercharger underboost

Cheers!

From the manual,

P010029 Mass or volume air flow A
circuit - signal invalid
Restricted air
intake path
Check for leak
between mass air
flow (MAF)
sensor and
turbocharger
MAF sensor fault
Turbocharger
fault
Exhaust gas
recirculation
(EGR) valve fault
Check the intake air system for leaks, restrictions, etc.
Check for related DTCs. Rectify as necessary. Clear the
DTCs and test for normal operation.

P029900 Turbocharger A under
boost condition
Turbocharger
circuit fault
Turbocharger fault
Engine control
module (ECM)
fault
Check the turbocharger and circuits. Refer to the
electrical guides. Rectify as necessary. Check
turbocharger operation, check for sticking turbocharger
vanes etc. Install a new turbocharger if necessary.
REFER to: Turbocharger (303-04B Fuel Charging and
Controls - Turbocharger - 2.4L Duratorq-TDCi HPCR
(103kW/140PS) - Puma, Removal and Installation.

In English. Check all induction connections and hoses. Either of these codes could cause the other to appear, followed by our old friend the egr valve.

Check all electrical connections remove and inspect all multy plugs. Have a look for Lorryman100 `s posts he placed a live data list parameter up the other week for me it should be on here somewhere. Excuse the spelling I`am better with spanners and wires.

France 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Zermatt Silver
P0299 fault code. Help please: test procedure needed urgent
Short explanation: my 110 puma is entering what I think is "limp mode" after driving about 10km on a level Motorway. It resets if the engine is switched off. Off motorway it is perfectly fine. I have changed the ERG valve to no avail but with the ERG valve un-plugged the problem does not occur.

My local land rover specialist garages are all on holiday for 3 weeks (this is France after all!) and I should be on holiday too but I'm stuck with an Landy that has taken exception to Motorways?????

The latest fault code is P0299 and the workshop manual says “Check the turbocharger and circuits. Refer to the electrical guides …….” has anyone got a copy of the necessary electrical guide for checking the turbo control module?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I've included a complete fault history/fault code/and work done in the pdf below:
