the number of people I still see using there phone while driving is amazing...
I normally pull by the side of them and give them a pip on my horn and give them the phone hand signal.... the morons.

The other day I got abuse for pointing this out, the other driver flicked the V sign and then just used the other hand and the other ear... probably called me a few choice words to person on the other end.

made me want to get my phone out and take a photo.... Shocked myself....whoops.
I think I need a special camera!

but serious there should be a website where you can report people, leaving your own details as proof you are genuine.
Although it would be your word against there's, perhaps a warning letter would be enough... and if they got reported by more than the same person perhaps something more... maybe 1 point! on there license.

Wales 2007 Defender 90 Other CSW Trident Green
I know Wilmslow and its near neighbour Alderley edge very well, both are very affluent areas of Cheshire; this land Rover owner may or not have been a resident of this locale, such as Rooney and another half dozen multimillion football players, who seem these days above the law on motorists offences, not like the rest of us.

Last week I took a disabled driver who has a Motability car, and is a very safe and conscience driver to a speed awareness course for doing 33 in a thirty zone at 6.30 am in the morning on a welsh road (not the crime of the century) but for those who do not know Welsh roads we have more speed cameras than any other part of the country.
Davis was mortified he was so worried he was going to loose his licence, the only thing that gave him the ability to get out of his home, OK he was speeding but not over much and the road which I know is straight with no schools, churches or houses any way near. It was the first time he had been caught speeding and I know he is not what you ever could call a speed freak.

I was allowed to go with him because of his wheelchair needs. We entered the room where the speed awareness course was being held and after a series of talks and slide shows, the guy running the course asked why do some of us speed particularly at great speed, and before he said anything else, some young bloke in designer clothing shouted out because it’s fun, that answer did not go down very well with the guy running the course.

To be honest and I am not a violent man but I felt like punching that Tw*t. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

The very fact they give you the finger and verbal, tells you they know they are doing wrong, otherwise they wouldn't react rhat way. Knobheads.

France 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Corris Grey
Sometimes when heading to Geneva airport we use a shared transfer minibus rather than drive. One morning, rush hour, I was sitting in the passenger window and noticed how many a***holes were using their phones, texting, FB, calling etc etc. By the time I got the border an hour/100k later, I reckon at least 50% were using their phones at speeds of 130kmh. Mainly youngsters and of that group, mainly girls. At the border which is a 1k log-jam, I'd say we were up to 80% usage. At least that's at 5kmh in dense traffic. But the motorway users, 'incroyable'..... Thud Monsieur Le Grenadier

I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list.....
