Wheel wobble...
I noticed my steering felt lumpy yesterday. I have had a search on the internet and have sprayed WD40 on the steering UJ's and then jacked up the front axle and turned the steering wheel to work it in. Whilst the the wheels were up I gave them a wobble. The drivers side has play at 9 and 3 o'clock but none at 12 and 6. Could this be a wheel bearing? I've recently had the swivel topped up with grease as it did have a leak but thats cured itself. 1993 200Tdi Defender 90

If you're referring to needing someone to put their foot on the brakes, just use a bit of timber wedged against the seat box ...
