Not true - it was sold as new by the main dealer with the auto conversion to a regular customer who then part ex'd it against a new one. I've had a couple of niggles sorted under warranty with no issuers at all

can I ask if the dog guard was modified to fit round the subwoofer or is it a genuine Land Rover accessory with the hole already in? Nice car by the way.

looks like a genuine accessory from Land Rover with space for the sub-woofer already there.
