Hope he goes down for a long time

Carrying a 12" hunting knife without valid reason means prison as far as I am concerned.

What hope has he got if he's prepared to do that at 16! Sad sign of the time. James

Knife crime certainly seems to be on the rise and it appears to be every other week that there is a story about a teenager being stabbed/killed as a result of knife crime.

Almost 1400 knives confiscated from school children http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-39883764

Now in the case of the 16 year old stabbing police dog and policeman. The policeman and dog would have had training in how to tackle criminals and would have back up reasonably readily available. Now if that had been the houseowner waking up/coming home unexpectedly what would the result been then? Murder?

ABH for wounding the officer but only criminal damage for stabbing the dog, hopefully there'll be a custodial for the ABH but don't hold your breath. Equally worrying is that mummy seems to think it's normal for her 16yo to tote a 12" blade around for self defence purposes.

Maybe if Labour win the GE and Diane Abbott becomes Home Secretary, with responsibility for law and order, she'll sort this kind of thing out although, with her mathematical skills, she probably thinks a 12" blade falls within the 75mm legal size.

I know it's not how a dogs mind works but it would be nice to see how the crim would fair locked in a room with finn without a weapon. Yes revenge is a human construct but if anyone deserves a good mauling it is the perpetrator of this wanton act of brutality. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

I'm neither a an isis supporter nor do I preach the Koran but on this occasion I feel removing his head with a knife would be a good thing to ensure he's not inclined behave in a similar manner again - text time might well kill someone. Let's not take that chance.

If he does I feel someone in the justice department should stand trail for manslaughter.

Better yet, accidentally send the crim to big prison, letting it be known that he attacked a 7 year old. I understand there are some special levels of hatred reserved for that kind of thing. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

Depressing and upsetting.

Not much more to say.

I hope he rots in hell.
