2.2L serpentine belt number
Hi All

Can someone confirm the part number for the 2.2 serpentine belt, is it the same as for the 2.4. Sad

Not sure of the LR part number, but the 7PK3001 is what fits a 2.2 with a/c...
LR in Maun wanted a kings-ransom so got a Dayco one for less than a quarter of the stealer price, been on 20+km... Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

Hi Thanks for that I was looking at the Dayco belt. I like your quote, I will remember that when next designing fool prove solutions. Thought it was me.

I'm not sure if the 2.2 uses the same belt as the 2.4, it probably does unless they changed the pulley sizes.

What i will say is i bought a belt for my 2.4 from the dealer, and it was only about 25 with discount, that was less than the 30 my local factor quoted me.

One big plus point for the genuine ones, is that come in a large bag, rather than folded up and stuffed into a cardboard sleeve. It makes them much much easier to fit as you're not fighting against all the kinks in it.
