Wheel and tyre couriers

I'm looking at buying 5 steelies with tyres on and was wondering if anyone knew any cheap couriers for moving them from up north down to the south? I've been quoted £90 by the seller on the 'Bay using their local courier but surely there must be cheaper around!

I sent a set of 5 alloys plus tyres on a pallet for around £60 IIRC. Unfortunately can't remember the courier name but if you just search for something like pallet couriers there's plenty of choice.

Obviously the seller will need a pallet and the willingness to wrap em on it securely. I used some rope, a few rolls of ductape and loads of cling film.

I received 5 wheels c/w tyres for a RR Sport via https://www.palletline.co.uk . Worked well, but as trickster5000 says, the vendor would need to prepare the wheels on a pallet prior to collection.

Cheers for the replies, I'll have a look around online and see if I can find anything! I've seen a couple which don't need pallets as you can just wrap each one in a bin liner 1995 300TDi Hardtop Nato Green

I've had 4 steels with tyres delivered for £43

You put in the from and to postcode and people bid on your delivery. I've used them for all sorts

ive used these guys many times for winches, winch bumpers rock sliders. etc

I just had a goodwinch 9.5 TDS winch delivered last tuesday for £9.99+ vat so get vendor to tape 2 steelies together and bin bag em and send em as two large parcels for £9.99 + VAT each . signature on delivery is a pound or two extra. 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)
