Turbo hose diameter 2.2 Puma?
Hi all!

Please can someone tell me the outside diameter of the turbo hoses on a 2.2 Puma?

I would like to buy Mikalor clamps and replace all the jubilee clamps but was not sure of the correct sizes.

54mm seems to be about right but i'm not sure.

Sorry, that was the L/H intercooler hose at the ends.
One from turbo is 53/54mm

Hope that helps...

Thumbs Up

Long one is 54mm r/h side from turbo
Short one 60mm l/h side to inlet manifold. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90"

Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered.

Hi Everyone this is my first post and your newest member from Australia. I have a question about the position of the 2.2 intercooler hoses I cannot seem to see where the short 90 degree one fits I have the other two longer ones sorted but cannot seem to find where the small one fits. Just in the middle of fitting the Allisport intercooler and radiator so keen to get it finished.

Thanks for any help this seems to be a very well used site

I've just finished fitting my new intercooler and silicone hoses from BAS.
So you have fitted the longer one going into the intercooler, then you have the intercooler, and you have fitted the medium sized one on the output side of the intercooler, with one side of the hose on the intercooler and the other end goes onto a steel tube.
On the other end of this steel tube goes the small hose, and this connects it to the valve on the inlet manifold.
I found it a right chew on as it covered by other hoses and not much access.
For access I removed the plastic cover over the fan, removed the fan belt, removed the three bolts on the water pump (which also allows you to remove the black steel tube) so then you have a bit more room to get your hand in to get the old hose off an new one on. I just hung the water pump up a bit, not disconnecting any of the water hoses. Then just refit everything.
Hope this helps.

Hi thanks for the reply I did manage to find eventually but as you say its in one difficult place to get at. Ran out of time so will tackle it another day or I may let the mech do it at the next service.
