fridge slider
evening all,i was just wondering if anyone on here has ever made their own fridge slider ?
they seem quite expensive to buy and not terribly difficult to make i suspect ! i was thinking of using the runners off a filing cabinet , any thoughts or advice anyone please ?

yes, made a drawer unit that sat in a square section alu frame, bought some runners from somewhere - you have to get ones that will take a decent load, and I paid about £50 for my pair I think. Filing cabinet ones may or may not work - standard cupboard ones won't....
