You're not wrong, they do come in straight lengths I believe that you have to bend into shape to fir the bodywork |

I too would be interested in a no drill solution for wider flares.
I just changed my wheels to 16x8 -25 offset, and with 255/85R16 they're on the verge of illegality. If I go for 285/75R16 or 315/75R16 ( more likely) I'll absolutely need wider arches. An elongated open "D" profile would do the trick. It would attach to the wing and then the original flare would attach to it. No rivets would be visible. It should be made in high density PUR, which has all the perfect properties for the application. Also, PUR injection molds are much cheaper than plastic injection molds. You can get one for 10k euros or less for low production volumes. |
