United Kingdom 2004 Defender 90 Td5 HT Zambezi Silver
2004 Defender TD5 - Hard to select first gear
My defender has a tight gear shift.
My earlier cars have never been a problem yet this one is hard to select first when rolling forwards and requires a fair bit of effort when stationary.

I have changed the oil.
Its had a new slave cylinder.
The clutch seems ok, it doesnt seem to be dragging, although thats hard to tell.
Its the same hot or cold.

Its done 110,000 miles.

Any suggestions please?
