This is the location of the infamous Purple permanent live wire.
I've managed to get myself completely confused as to the wire colour coding 
Hoping that one of the electrical boffins will be able to confirm if I'm correct. Thanks in advance 
Click image to enlarge Purple - permanent live Black - earth Blue - fog Green/purple - brake Red/orange - RH tail Red/black - LH tail Green/red - LH indicator Green/white - RH indicator Red/yellow - ??? (wire could be Yellow/red) I only have the 7 pin tow socket and want to change the fog to reverse lights on my trailer and hoping that there will already be reverse feed at the connector... At C0929 the fog is red with yellow [RY]. It changes to blue [U] after C0718
Reverse is green with brown [GN], pin 7 of C0929 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

From your response it appears my colour blindness is worse than expected as I do not remember seeing green/brown wire, will have you use a friends eyes. If possible, please can you supply me with all the pins/colours for the C0929 connector? You can see the Green/Brown in your photo, just to the left of the Purple
