North Wales Police warning after three thefts on Anglesey
Three Defenders stolen on Anglesey in the past three weeks.

All three were dark blue and "1990's models" I do wonder if they were 90's not 1990s but it could be both or either.

Starting with the difference between a 1990 Land Rover and a Defender 90.

Ours is Dark Blue. One of the thefts was within walking distance of our home. Crying or Very sad

I found out a bit more while collecting our other car from a local body shop. (minor scrape repair)

A dark blue Defender had just come in for repair after an attempted theft. The thieves burned out the starter motor and abandoned the theft attempt.

Whoever is doing this knows what they are doing and has tools. They are able to defeat common physical security devices.

No idea why they only are going after dark blue ones.
