Introduction
Hi All,

My name is Amellia, your new point of contact for the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Relationship Centre. I will now be looking after this forum as Lucy has moved on to another role.

I have been within the Customer Relationship Centre for over a year now, and have looked into a variety of different queries and concerns, and have been lucky to broaden my knowledge due to this.

I will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or concerns that you may have, and should you require my assistance, please do not hesitate to PM me.

However should there be some queries I cannot answer straight away, please bear with me and I will endeavour to obtain the information you require.

I look forward to helping you!

Kind regards,
Amellia

Hi Amelia,

Welcome - rude of me not to say that first off Embarassed

Lucy was looking into seeing if she could get me an Adventure book that went with the last of the defenders as I bought my 2015 110 Adventure used from a Landrover dealer.

Do you know if she managed to sort it ?

Really would like to try & get one if I can.

Cheers

Hello Amelia, A question for you. Should all Heritage Final Edition owners have received a "Heritage Certificate"? UK and Australian owners appear to have got them. What about NZ owners? Thank you

A question on recalls, how do they work? Mine still hasn't had the recall for the front wheels falling off on certain 2011 and 2012 models and is within the VIN range. Shouldn't you have contacted me about that yet?

Hi Amellia,

It may be worth having a look through some of the recent Land Rover Customer Relations section as some have not been answered yet which can lead to a lot of frustration for what is generally very helpful and well received communication method.

Welcome to the forum, we are a friendly bunch and as always any help is gratefully received. Thumbs Up Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197

Hi Amelia

I have a 110 SW that has a Special Vehicle Operations contract plate. If I provide the information from the plate is it possible to find out the original build spec of the vehicle.
I have had discussions with my insurance company about what is and isn't a modification. 1995 Defender 110 CSW

Good morning Ramsay,

Thank you for your patience, I apologise for the delay in response, I can assure you that no discourtesy was intended.

Should you wish to provide me with your Vehicle Identification Number via PM, I will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.

Many thanks,
Amellia
