Electric window switches
2 questions....

1. Is there a way to make the electric Windows roll down with one touch, or am I stuck holding the button down until the window is open?

2. Would there be a way to control both windows from one rocker switch?

Probably easiest to use another manufacturers switches and electronics and hardwire / custom integrate it using OE LR switches.
I'm not aware of a manufacturer that does one touch electric windows though, is there some?
Breakers may have the gubbins around, cheaper.

Not something I miss from previous cars. I can press a button for a fee seconds, now cruise however would be nice.

I do miss not having electric rear windows as the kids sometimes leave them down a little. I jump in to drive to work and hear the wind coming through....

Some convertible cars we have owned have the one touch for all the windows, so maybe you could use the switch, my wife's Mini currently has that, one rocker switch and all windows go up or down.

Could I install a switch that allows one switch to operate both windows do you think?

My Peugeot drivers window is one touch and I always forget that in the Defender I have to hold the button until it's fully open. Rolling Eyes

Perfectly possible and not too difficult or time consuming to add cruise control.

It's not adaptive CC though sadly!

On my Defender I installed the DEI 535T module (one module for two windows):

Installation Manual DEI535T:

On my mate Defender I installed this one but you need 2 modules (one module for one window):

Both solution work very well! (but I prefer the DEI535T, more "professional/OM) Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition
