We were headed down to Torcross for a week away, and it is stunningly beautiful here... Mr. Green

Torcross is midway between Plymouth and Torquay on the South Devon Coast and it certainly is beautiful... Cool

Hi Ven,

The Defender went long ago I'm afraid. Replaced by an Audi Q3 Quattro. Your car looked fantastic, thank you for the tip about Torcross, might have to take the new caravan down there next year. 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro S Line Plus 184 TDI Stronic

Thank you for the lovely words, it did turn out better than expected and is a dream to own & drive... Cool

Torcross really is beautiful, although the roads actually leading down to it are a bit twisty and windy, not at all caravan friendly... Shocked

However, literally a mile or so outside on the road in, the A379, is a handy caravan club site - Start Bay - which looks pretty good and is only a two minute drive/ten minute walk from Torcross... Thumbs Up
