Hi Brendan, unfortunately he stopped quite some considerable time ago. Only the non-beadlockers were road legal. The ones advertised as Mach 5 and being sold now are alloy not steel. Am unsure what arrangements he made about the name usage on the alloys sold today?

Chinese copies?

David Southdown stopped making a lot of items as people were copying his design and knocking them up in their garage after work.

Have had people offer us various items which are very cheap with stories such as my boss allows me to use the offcuts at work when they really mean, I nick the materials from work, use the bosses electricity, welding gear etc do it in works time etc, etc. Product insurance, what is that? Pay business rates? Quality control? Physical testing? well I pulled my mate out of a bog so it is strong enough. Of course it is waterproof, I have ducked it in a bucket of water for 10 minutes! etc etc.

Had original Matt Lee Mach5 deadlocks on my challenge car. As said in one of the previous comments, they are virtually impossible to balance especially with maxxis Treps Shocked Mr. Green

Assuming 90% of people who like Beadlocks also like them mainly for their looks rather perhaps this is the way to go?
