Child friendly ?

I would like to make it as comfy as possible for a 3year old and 5year old in the second row seats.
Been off roading and I had to put cushions in the headrest of the car seats ( Brita) as the were shaking and bumping their heads.

On long trips when they fall asleep their heads keep falling forwards as the seats on the Puma doesnt recline.

Anybody any suggestions , different child seats? Is it pssible to modify the seat mechanism to allow a slight recline ?

I have a RECARO child seat in mine, my son loves it we have had it since he was about 12-14 months he is now 4 and it is so well protected around the head area and is so comfortouble, he is now 4 and it doubles up as a booster seat. it has a slight recline on it also,

Had similar problems espcially went they got to sleep, I just get my wife to hold ny sons head, it works but she hates it! Now at 5 he is ok when awake but still a problem when asleep we use fleeces to hold him in but sometimes they slip out of the car seat.

As Chalky said,

I use 2 Safety First child seats for my 5 and 3 years old girls. Some child seats can be reclined in some degree (like mines), so the childs can bee feel comfortable when fall to asleep.

Regards!
