A Plan - Recovery Service
Have had to use this a couple of time, first one a few months ago I was quite impressed.

This time around I'm decidedly unimpressed and won't be going with them again.

Firstly it took us 3 hours on Friday night after numerous phone calls to get a recovery agent out.

Tonight, when we've had to rebook to have the truck collected tomorrow for a trip to the garage, we had to wait for 10 mins for the call to be answered and then it went through to an indian call centre. The line to say the least was terrible, as was the communication from the call handler.

I certainly wouldn't wish to be stranded anywhere on a Sunday night and have to rely on the service. 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro S Line Plus 184 TDI Stronic
