Congratulations to them - not too far from me, so might consider for next service.

hi all,

I've just used Duckworths in Kirton, Boston for my first year service plus a few extras. I must say I was extremely happy with the service I received, my vehicle seems to have had, and the feedback I got afterwards. The team at this dealership feels like they really know and like defenders so Thumbs Up

Cheers

Joe

That is well deserved, I've had superb service from Dan with my L322 & D3, so I'm sure the same would apply to the 110 Thumbs Up

Hi All

Used them for parts and always found Dan and in fact any of the team very helpful, refreshing to see good service being recognised.

Congratulations

Another nice piece on them here:

Bought my 110 from Kirton, the service department are top notch and cannot do enough to help out, also I have had warranty work carried out with no problems at all, they certainly look after Defender owners, the service advisor drives one, so that says it all. They certainly deserve the accolade of top dealership.

Only just found this, I used them as their market Rasen dealership was my closest when my defender needed some warranty work doing. It also given a service while it was there too as its first service was about due.

The warranty work has ended up taking he best part of three weeks, but that was due to Land Rover and their inability to supply the correct part, not at all the fault of duckworths. The dealership did organise me a loan car and then a hire car and have kept me well informed over the past few weeks and have genuinely, I feel, done their best.

I have to say I have come away impressed by duckworths. my defender is now serviced and new steering box fitted, and it was washed and polished too.

Ooo and a tin of mints and a bottle of water in the centre console was a nice touch too. : Thumbs Up

Less than impressed with Land Rovers parts supply chain. 3 incorrect attempts to supply a part, and then a two week wait for the correct part to arrive is a bit embarrassing for a UK manufacturer, with a UK based supply chain, supplying a part manufactured in the UK.
