Manchester ICE recommendations?
I had the speakers upgraded in my new XS hard top and a Kenwood sub fitted by a local place and to be honest, it sucked! Speakers were also kenwood but they also tried another brand of 10cm up front as well - better but still pretty horrible. Hard to describe as I'm no audiophile, but one particular mid-bass area seemed to be really emphasised and horribly thumpy - so that a low bass guitar note sounded all clipped like a drum beat. It wasn't the low frequencies handled by the sub but the bass in the speakers. Massively disappointed to say the least! They messed around with it a few times but couldn't get it sorted so now everything is stripped out and back to factory spec and I'm looking for someone in the Manchester area who I can trust to do some upgrades. I'm looking for better sound quality through the full range rather than emphasising just bass etc but don't really know where to go now as need someone I can trust!

Any recommendations??

The shop has a large workshop at the back big enough for about four cars. When I had work done there a guy called Pete did the work and he really knew what he was doing. They also installed a COBRA alarm at the same time.
