Why do they disappear ?

Gallery gets full old images deleted to add newer ones

Photobucket gets re-organised by user Thumbs Up

Generally they are off-site images from Photobucket etc, Photobucket either change the photo locations (breaking the codes) or a user empties their Photobucket.

Anyone hitting the upload limit here can have it lifted after a quick PM to me Smile  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

That was frustrating when I was researching my Dual Battery install here. Lots of threads that said "Here's what I did..." and then just a blank hole....

There was still enough though.

Would it be an idea to encourage upload to the gallery here and ask that folks leave them. The beauty of forums like these is the ability to search the archive and see the pics (paints a 1000 words!)

Appreciate herding cats might be easier Laughing

I can't physically stop people deleting pictures, or hosting them elsewhere.
