Land Rover hosts winter BBQ with James Martin
Anyone here invited?

http://www.eventmagazine.co.uk/pictures-la...le/1331027

Article also states: "As part of the campaign, Land Rover dealers throughout the country will be hosting their own winter barbecues.", so I'll be watching my doormat for the invite!

Last invite I had quite a few years back, was to the jungle track at the factory.

Took an off road mate with me, we managed to VOR two (new at the time Td5) 110's... bust the CV on one reversing up the concrete staircase, and pulled the rear part of the exhaust and dented the rear panel on another Laughing Laughing

The instructor who was with us thought it was a great laugh.

Unfortunately not. As usual with Land Rover PR events, they only want the best bits to be seen...A nice security sticker over both cameras on your phone (and they ruin the bloody screen protectors!!) prevents anything untoward! (A but like they did at Milbrook for the Disco Sport test drives-because they didn't want to public to see their new flagship product getting stuck Whistle )

I believe there's more photos on the LR press centre website though Thumbs Up An engine to TDi for!
