A great build Smile

Could you have used front doors as your second row doors ? With the extra length it looks like the angled doors could be bigger ?

Some of the stretched vehicles built at Solihull have used hybrid rear doors. I guess the difficulty is that you'd need to compine the bottom of a front door with the top of the back door, then fit a custom glass and lift mechanism to allow the full-size window.

Certainly a nice result but a lot of work.

More info please.
My idea is to place 2 105Ah under drivers reat (LHD) in my 130 TD5, or, because they are quite heavy, one under driver and second under the pasenger seat. Probably with some modifications of the seat box. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "BlufĂnek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile

Any more pics of those hannibal to foxwing mounts? Picking mine up tomorrow, and fitting info is a bit thin.

Thanks
Andy

Looks great. The same with the mounts, if you can knock a few more up I'd be interested dependent on price.

I was intending to leave the side rails off but struggling to find a way to mount. The rack I have has the table towards the back which won't allow the standard brackets from boab to be mounted.

Same here didn't really want the rail, but have fitted it for this weekends collection. Andrews one also looks nice and low, and awning does not stick up above rail.

Sorry for lack of info, we are so busy at work and having new machinery installed into the workshop. Work on the 130 has taken a back seat.
I hope to re start the build next week and will post more pics.

With reference to the Foxwing to Hannibal adapters if there is enough interest I will start another thread.

Managed to get a few days on the 130, mainly running cables for various items.

Got the mounting sorted out for the Eberspacher, its going under the second row seat box with the air ducts one coming out each side of the box.

Sub is also mounted under the second row seat box with a S/S mesh flush fitted to the top of the box.

Reverse camera fitted

Rear side work lights fitted

Driving and spot lights fitted to the front of the rack

1/2 way through fitting the double DIN

Happy Days Thumbs Up

Yesterday I mounted the "under cubby box" for the amp. I know this area gets hot so I decided to fit an ally heat shield, the holes are for the cables.
