The Brilliant Pheasant Steps in North Wales
This is another short video from a day in North Wales with a couple of guys new to Green Laning. The TD 5 was a bit shiny to be out laning but he managed the day with just a few scratches and definitely got the laning bug.

This one is all about the Pheasant Steps and although I've done a few films of the Steps in the past, this one really shows off the diverse terrain and severe series of steps alongside the fantastic valley scenery.

Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.

Had it ever been closed of late? I'd heard Whitestones had after some off piste driving and that there had been a voluntary one way on the Pen Steps but that's all? Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.

There was an accident last year than caused a lot of damage and made it virtually undriveable.

Really? Missed that completely! Its been well cleaned up. I couldn't see any signs of it from all my years of driving it. On the stone section towards the bottom? Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.

I saw photos recently of some official-looking signs put up on the gate at the bottom of Whitestones next to the white house saying it was 'illegal to drive on a Bridleway' etc etc. Did you notice if those were still there? Apparently it is still open and legal, but I'm not sure myself. Pete

There were 2 I think. One warning against consequences of going off the track and one warning of CCTV in operation.

Some fools had gone off piste and bragged about it on fb earlier in the year, although that damage is now virtually undetectable.

We have run into various horse riders on that track making alsorts of claims that are Censored ! Check out my YouTube channel for green laning and Land Rover "how to" videos.
