Totally agree, very exciting to watch.

Look out for a friend of mine Ben Watson in the men's 105kg weight lifting (Wednesday) He's been up there a while now at the training camp. Hopefully he'll beat his competition Personal best of 186kg C&J Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful!
